1. Open Outlook, click on
"Tools" then "E-mail Accounts".
2. Select "View or
Change existing account", then click "Next".
3. Select your existing email
account from the list of accounts, then click "Change".
4. Change "Outgoing
Mail Server" to smtp.radix.net
5. Under "Logon
Information", change “User Name” to your email address (e.g., support@radix.net).
6. Click on "More
Settings", then "Outgoing Server".
7. Check "My outgoing Server requires
Authentication".
8. Select “Log on Using”, then enter your email
address under “User Name” and enter your password. Click on “OK”.
9. Click on “Next”, then
“Finish”
