1) Click on the "Start" button on your taskbar, then 
   click on "Settings", followed by "Dial-Up Networking".

2) Once you've opened up Dial-Up Networking, double click on the "Make New
   Connection" icon. The first window that should appear will ask you to
   type the name of the computer you are dialing. Type in "Radix05" or
   something you will recognize as your new RadixNet connection; this is 
   just a label for the profile you'll be creating.  

   Click  on "next".

3) In the "Phone Number" window, leave the 'Area Code' blank and then type
   your local access number from the list provided in the other box.

   Click on "next".

4) The next window should tell you "You have sucessfully created a new
   Dial-Up Networking connection...".  

   Click on "Finish".

The setup process is now complete.
