and deleting mail from repeat mailers that you would rather not receive

and that is why we make our SPAM filter available free of charge. It is
easy to setup and just as easy to maintain, so you can stop worrying about
the junk littering your mail-box and focus instead on the mail you want!
NOTE: Before setting up the SPAM Filter for your account, you
will need to know what type of access account you have. Regular PPP
accounts or DSL use the 'Pop Account' link below. For Shell Accounts, use
