All orders must be called in by 5 pm EST Monday afternoon. The bees are shipped out Tuesday morning. one of the main reasons being there is the least amount of mail in the system on a Tuesday.

Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Checks, cash and money orders.

For your convenience, we offer automatic charging [on your card]  when your account reaches zero. This way, you are always on a schedule, bees will arrive regularly, and you never have to worry about a check being stuck in the mail.

The number of shipments you have left on your accout is printed above your address on your mailing label each week. When the number of boxes you have left is 1 a pricelist will be included in your package, signalling you to set up payment for the next 4 shipments. This is when automatic charging is most helpful.

There is a $5.00 surchage for shipping on days other than Tuesday. We prefer for you pay in a 4 box increment.  That way you have a months worth of bees on your account and time of payment will remain consistent.
