John Campbell's Grave

This photograph of the gravestone of John Campbell was taken on July 3, 2000, and is in the possession of Herbert Arthur Huston.

The grave is at the Milford Cemetery. The cemetery is on the west side of NY Route 28 to the north of the intersection with County Roads 44 and 166 in the Village of Milford, Town of Milford, Otsego County, New York, Latitude 42° 35.5′ North, Longitude 74° 56.7′ West.

The inscription reads

CONTINENTAL LINE
REVOLUTIONARY WAR
1744         1833

Although not shown in the photograph, there was a flag placed by the American Legion.
