The grave is at the Spencers Corners Burying Ground on the north side of Merwin Clark Road to the west of the intersection with Rudd Pond Road in North East, Dutchess County, New York, at Latitude 41° 57.9′ N., Longitude 73° 30.4′ W.

The inscription reads
