One day Crash was driving around with That Dengue Chuck and they came up behind some sort of mass transit vehicle, putting out fumes as only a really huge diesel vehicle can. Chuck asked Crash if he could either back away or roll up the windows, because Chuck really couldn't handle the smoke. Crash asked, somewhat amazed "how can you complain about smoke, when you smoke four packs of cigarettes a day?" Chuck replied, "That's just it. I smoke to tolerance. I can't inhale any more smoke than I already do." Since then, when Day Jobbers toast, they frequently say "To tolerance!"
