USGENWEB BOARD EXEC MESSAGES
Today, December 18, 1998, I received several correspondences from my ISP, in which the USGenWeb Advisory Board, acting both as a group and separately, threaten both myself and my ISP with a lawsuit over the posted BOARD-EXEC material. These emails contain the following:

At the site http://www.radix.net/~merope A series private messages have been posted which make post the poster and Radax Net liable to prosocution for copyright violation. (Bob Bamford, Dec 10, 1998)
I would like to register my formal complaint against one of your subscribers. This person is posting my private email to a list. She has posted a private list's email to a web page. I wrote her privately and asked her not to post the message to the list and she did so anyway. She continues to violate everything that I believe free speech is all about. (Betsey Mills, Dec 18, 1998)
[interesting concept of free speech!]
There are pages on one of your sites which contain items I hold the copyright on and they have been placed there without my consent.
I am consulting with my attorney and if those pages are not removed from your served, I shall be forced to name you as co-defendant in litigation filed. (Virginia A. Cisewski, Dec 18, 1998)

You see how badly they do not want you to read this information.
My ISP requested that I remove this information, and I have done so.
